cancellation policy

When you cancel under 24hrs or miss a booked appointment you will be sent a message regarding the situation. If you happen to cancel or miss an appointment your fee will be the total cost of the treatment you had requested. If you fail to pay the cancellation fee you won't be booked in for any further appointments. The reason that you'll need to pay a fee is that there wasn't enough time for that appointment slot to be given to someone else, please understand that this is a business, missing or cancelling an appointment without a reason won't be taken lightly.
